Mr. Brooks Boveroux is retired.  He earlier was Chairman of PharmaFrontiers Corp. (now Opexa Therapeutics), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing autologous cellular therapies to treat several major illnesses, including multiple sclerosis (MS), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.  Mr. Boveroux also served as Chief Financial Officer for Photogen Technologies, Inc., and The Liposome Company, Inc., a company developing, manufacturing and marketing liposome and lipid-based pharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer and other life-threatening diseases.  Mr. Boveroux also previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Biogen, Inc. (now Biogen-Idec).  Mr. Boveroux is a graduate of Hamilton College and received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
