ETV Interview

In an effort to assist our MUSC family, including: researchers, faculty, clinicians, post-docs and students, the MUSC Foundation for Research Development, along with the website vendor Spectrum Science Communications, undertook the task of creating a new website.  Launched on November 1, 2007, the FRD site has distinct areas for MUSC, Industry, as well as a technology search of the IP portfolio, a technology blog and updated News.  Most recently, the FRD launched their RSS feed to allow subscribers the opportunity to stay "up to date" on all the technologies, news and blog postings on the site.  As a result of these updates to the website, South Carolina Educational Television (ETV) and radio (a NPR state affiliate) awarded the FRD and Dr. Ryan Fiorini the South Carolina Website of the Week.  This podcast is from the April 9, 2008 broadcast on NPR's Business Review.
