MUSC IP Policy

The Intellectual Property (IP) Policy is designed to give faculty an overview of their rights as an inventor as well as an outline of the IP process from submitting a technology to FRD through collecting royalties from a company.  Currently, the MUSC IP Policy is undergoing a review by the Intellectual Property Committee.  An updated policy will be distributed as soon as it is completed.
