Faculty Forms

This section contains all of the forms you may need in regards to Intellectual Property and submitting the technology to the Foundation for Research Development.  The Record of Invention form is used to submit a technology.  All technologies use this form, except a copyright.  The second form is a Copyright Disclosure Form.  The Copyright form is used for book chapters, novels, and any works of authorship -not including scholarly journals.  Finally, the MUSC Intellectual Property Policy can help answer any specific questions about how the process works.  As always, you are welcome and encouraged to call our office at any time.  After all, that's what we are here for!
