NOTICE: New Intellectual Property Policy

The Medical University of South Carolina has adopted, with the approval of the Faculty and the MUSC Board of Trustees, a new Intellectual Property (IP) Policy effective for all new discoveries reported to the MUSC Foundation for Research Development on or after July 1, 2008.  This IP Policy is generally applicable to MUSC and MUHA faculty, staff, visiting researchers, employees, and students.  For more information please visit this website http://frd.musc.edu/faculty-ip-policy.html.  There will also be a seminar explaining the new IP Policy on June 24, 2008 at noon in CSB 419.  The seminar will also be recorded for later playback.
